Conflict of interests needs to be resolved by HR

​Conflict of interests in a business occurs when personal interests interfere with business interests.

For example if the individual has similar business on a side as the business where that person is employed, than such a business may represent a conflict of interests.

An HR person needs to be involved to understand if a person has a conflict of interests.
