Please don't send sensitive personal information via email

Email may have inter office encryption, but when it leaves boundaries of an office, email messages are transferred in plain, clear way of communication. Such communications if intercepted may reveal sensitive personal information. It is a good practice of not including sensitive or private information in email messages.

If sensitive personal information need to be transferred to another person, then consider saving such a document in online storage that has encryption and restriction who can access it, and only send that link via email.
