Replacing fingerprint scanner in a laptop

Some of the laptops come with a fingerprint scanner. It can be used to authenticate user instead of the password. If this fingerprint scanner goes bad, it can be replaced with an another one, please pay attention to cabling when this module is replaced.

Fingerprint scanners are usually more reliable than other laptop's components.
