File level permissions

In Windows OS it is possible to set permissions at a file or folder level who can access them. It is done via right-clicking a file (or group of files), or a folder and setting user level permissions from the window that opens.

Deny permissions have precedence over allow permissions, therefore this option needs to be used with care.
