Backing up data to external media

Important files can be backed up to external media. In an event that something catastrophic happens to a computer, then files will be intact in the file backup. The only files that will be problematic to retrieve are the files which were created after last backup and a new backup time window.

It is necessary to ensure that important documents are included in a file backup.
