Single sign on (SSO)

Single sign-on or SSO greatly enhances user experience with password management. Instead of separate passwords for the computer, corporate email, network resources there is just one password that is needed.

SSO represents a security risk. If a password is compromised, then this intruder will have access to all these resources.
