Next step in SDLC is coding

Defying software requirements will drive a choice of programming language.

Coding the software maybe a time consuming task.

It may be a good idea to focus on important functionality, and then improve it or develop additional features.

By doing so, first version of software product will be available quickly. Of course it will not have all of the bells and whistles, but at least something will be released to public.

It will allow public to use it, as well as it will allow team to think about what is needed to be released next.
