Level of expertise in computer security activity

Level of expertise in computer security activity greatly varies from the knowledge such a person has, A person may execute somebody else's code hoping that it will work. In some cases it will, however such a person may not know what it does and how. Such people are called script kiddies.

More sophisticated people will do their own research and such people more dangerous. I am not saying that script kiddies are not dangerous, they are, but they simply execute somebody else's code often without complete understanding of what that code does and why it does so.
