Graphical interface in Linux

It is possible to have a graphical interface in Linux. Underlying technology there is called XFree86. We probably heard of or used such graphical interfaces such as KDE or Gnome. These are built on top of XFree86 and provide much nicer look.

Having a standard GUI (Graphical User Interface) it is possible to develop graphical features regardless of interface.
