There is no worry about network connectivity. It is someone else's pain. It does not mean that there will be no issues with the network speed. Careful analysis of the hosting provider is needed.

Upgrading hardware is someone else's pain, so it is possible to focus more on running the business, rather than managing hardware.


Even so, hardware specifications may look good to you. It is necessary to analyze the network performance. Maybe the provider is having networking performance issues. It may not be known until the hosting provider is selected. It is good if it is a month to month contract, but what if it is a yearly or multiple years contract?

It is necessary to know where your business customers are and to place servers closer to that location to reduce the latency of accessing the website.

It is possible to get dedicated server hosting, when full server is available to you. Then there is no impact to the performance, hardware will be dedicated to yourself. Expect to pay more for the dedicated hosting.

If the business is a startup then a shared hosting may be the one to go with, because it is cheaper, but if this is an established business, the dedicated hosting or own hardware may be selected, because saving on payment may damage the reputation.
